Job Description:
Join our sales and marketing team and help us
grow our business in the Technology, Communications & Media (TCM) industry
group. Work closely with marketing and industry leadership to increase brand
awareness for Moss Adams and drive client acquisition/development within the
industry group. Guide strategic marketing planning as well as tactical
execution for each national practice (Technology, Communications & Media,
Life Sciences, Clean Technology).
Responsibilities:
•Drive strategic marketing planning as well as tactical execution for the
industry group.
•Manage industry-related marketing communications, including website,
collateral, content marketing, webcasts, advertising, proposal content, digital
marketing, and media relations in collaboration with central marketing.
•Build relationships with regional marketing, sales and client service
professionals, and guide industry-based marketing initiated at the local level.
•Work with industry group leadership to organize and drive leadership and
broader industry group team meetings and annual conference.
•Serve as an industry expert, knowledgeable of the current business climate and
issues facing the industry.
•Foster relationships with industry trade organizations, driving firm
involvement to raise brand awareness and create effective sales and marketing
opportunities.
•Pursue and coordinate sponsorship, speaking, tradeshow and event opportunities
to enhance firm reputation and increase exposure with target audience.
•Develop and manage industry marketing budget.
•Manage and produce industry group marketing and sales reporting, dashboards,
and internal communications, including the industry group’s SharePoint site, as
directed by industry, marketing and firm leadership.
•Utilize CRM to execute effective marketing programs. Support activity
tracking, data maintenance and mailing list management.
•Provide input and insight into large, complex sales pursuits and written
proposals as requested.
•Manage market and competitor research projects.
Qualifications:
•Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field required
•Minimum of seven years related experience; professional services or related
industry experience preferred
•Strong organizational, interpersonal and decision-making ability
•Exceptional project management skills and attention to detail
•Client service oriented
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills
•Creative and persistent problem solver
•Previous experience with CRM system and knowledge of email marketing tools
•Efficiency with Microsoft Office; working knowledge of SharePoint preferred
•Willingness to travel to the industry’s key markets and attend marketing
meetings/conferences
