Required Skills 
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, with experience working in a professional services environment, excellent organizational skills and a strong desire to learn. This position will be responsible for planning and executing marketing activities for the firm’s Bankruptcy, Law Firm Services, Portfolio Analytics, Forensic, Litigation and Valuation Services groups, which provide a variety of highly specialized services to the legal and corporate sectors under a common banner. Due to the group’s legal focus, any experience working with or marketing to the legal community is a plus. The group’s marketing plan must support the strategic goals of the firm, help drive growth and enhance the group’s brand across a variety of media. The position will be based in our Iselin, NJ office, supporting teams and team members across the country.

Responsibilities include:
•Develop group brand identity
•Create and execute a group marketing plan, working across multiple teams
•Develop consistent messaging
•Create referral source program
•Event coordination
•Compile and analyze data for business development
•Manage advertising, sponsorship and branding programs
•Develop and maintain content including web pages, thought leadership pieces, pitch books and biographies
•Communicate about the group externally through various media channels and outreach campaigns

Required Experience 
•Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, English, or business administration required
•5+ years of related work experience in a professional services environment – specific law firm experience a plus 
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills
•Experience working with a variety of distinct personalities
•Possess excellent skills using Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint (design programs a plus)
•Detail-oriented self-starter with excellent follow-up capabilities
•Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines consistently without compromising quality
