PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
● Lead the marketing function, including the creation of a strategy that aligns with business goals
● Proactively advise leadership on optimal courses of action that will position the firm for growth
● Develop campaigns that connect website, email blast, print, social media, and thought leadership aspects
● Ensure accurate and timely sales lead tracking, coupled with insightful analytics
● Manage public relations and communications, ensuring consistent branding and messaging across platforms
● Manage the firm’s new business proposal process
● Mentor and develop existing staff
● Research existing and new industry niches and service areas
● Manage client / prospect / referral partner events

REQUIREMENTS:
● Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
● Ten years’ progressive experience in a B to B environment, preferably within professional service firms (legal, accounting,
consulting, insurance, etc.)
● Strategic thinker who can prioritize multiple projects and develop/implement processes
● Experience with digital media channels and managing content development
● Exemplary writing and editing skills
● Strong attention to detail, and thinks through decisions prior to taking action
● Sharp skills with MS Office and creative software such as InDesign, Illusrator, Creative Cloud, Marketing Cloud,
WordPress, etc. preferred
● Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus
