Meyers Nave is recruiting for Proposal Specialist in its Marketing Department in either the Firm's Oakland, Los Angeles or Sacramento office.

ABOUT THE POSITION
The Proposal Specialist works directly with attorneys, firm management, marketing department colleagues and other administrative personnel to develop, write and deliver compelling, competitive and creative proposals and related documents designed to obtain new business from current and prospective clients. The Proposal Specialist is a prominent firm-wide position that serves as the primary contact for proposals and is responsible for taking proposals from start to finish. The position requires an important combination of writing/editing/proofreading, project management, strategy, and value-added advice. As a member of the Marketing Department, the Proposal Specialist must be a dependable, collaborative and cooperative team player who also works well independently. The position is ideal for a self-starter with enthusiastic initiative, self-motivation, and the greatest attention to detail, deadlines and accuracy. This is a full-time, non-exempt position that reports to the Director of Marketing. The position can be located in Oakland or Los Angeles.
