Job Description: 

The Washington and Oregon Regional Marketing Manager (RMM) works with the Regional Managing Partner (RMP) and Regional Marketing Senior Manager (RMSM) to direct the region’s marketing efforts to raise awareness and drive demand. The RMM promotes a consistent, focused marketing approach across the region and leverages the Regional Marketing Coordinator/Specialist and regional administrative staff for successful execution of marketing initiatives. The RMM reports to the RMSM. The RMM serves as the career advisor to any Regional Marketing Coordinators or Specialist who support the Region.

Responsibilities:
•Drive marketing strategy for the region, overseeing and evaluating all advertising, PR, and non-industry events and sponsorships. Includes developing and implementing a regional marketing plan and budget.
•Strategize with RMP and Partners-in-Charge (PICs) to build and maintain an integrated marketing approach for the region.
•Work with partners, senior managers and Regional Marketing Coordinator/Specialist to implement regional marketing programs, serving as the point of contact for non-industry marketing requests.
•Work with central advertising and public relations resources on regional strategy/tactics.
•Manage Voice of the Customer and other Client Experience (CX) programs within the region.
•Collaborate with Regional Sales Manager to support growth initiatives and ensure marketing and sales alignment within the region.
•Contribute to industry- and service-specific regional go-to-market initiatives.
•Analyze and report regional marketing results, recommending and driving change to improve success.
•Work with Regional Marketing Senior Manager to develop and implement consistent processes and approaches across regions as applicable.
•Participate in regional operations leadership meetings and visit locations within the region to establish strong working relationships with PICs, RMPs, Regional Accounting Managers (RAMs) and Regional Operations Managers (ROMs).

Qualifications:
•Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field
•Minimum of 5 years related experience with progressive marketing responsibility, including leadership responsibilities; professional services preferred
•Able to effectively collaborate with region’s leadership – RMP, PICs, and other key partners, as well as manage and develop Regional Marketing Coordinators and Specialists
•Capable of understanding broad firm and industry perspective, translating it into regional strategies, and implementing effectively
•Able to build trusting, respectful relationships with firm and regional leadership as well as sales and marketing colleagues
•Strong history of effective written and verbal communication
•Client service oriented, both internally and externally
•High level of interpersonal skills to effectively handle sensitive situations and confidential information; demonstrates good judgment, executive presence, and diplomacy
•Previous people management and team building experience
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, SharePoint, CRM
•Must reside within the region of responsibility
•Approximately 25% travel required
