Job Description:

The Alvarez & Marsal Taxand is a client-focused and high-performing team which is strategically aligned to the practice’s priorities and focused on positioning the brand and thought leadership in the marketplace to drive long-term revenue growth for the firm. It supports the National Tax practice and works across offices, service lines and industry groups to develop, manage and execute various thought leadership and go to market campaigns. Team members regularly analyze the impact of these initiatives to learn what works best and to make modifications to lead to continuous success.
Position/Program Requirements
Minimum Year(s) of Experience: 3-4
Minimum Degree Required: High School Diploma or GED
Degree Preferred: Bachelor's degree
Work Experience Preferred
Experience working in the Professional Services Industry- e.g. consulting, law, accounting, etc.
Knowledge Preferred
Demonstrates extensive knowledge and/or a proven record of success in the following areas:
Utilizing and applying knowledge of digital, communications, thought leadership, marketing and business development;
Preparing input to maximize the marketability and engagement of the content;
Maximizing impact to clients and our external marketplace; and
Setting high standards for quality and efficiency, and, continuously looking for ways of self and process improvement.
Skills Preferred
Demonstrates extensive abilities and/or a proven record of success in the following areas:
Project management: planning, executing and evaluating multiple on-going projects;
Ability to connect and utilize resources across the organization;
Fostering and maintaining relationships with internal clients;
Aligning content and campaigns with the practice priorities; and
Utilizing industry standard technical communication tools and platforms, and the ability to easily adopt new ones.
