Nicole is the Director of Marketing & Communications for RSW Accounting + Consulting in Montréal, Quebec Canada. As a marketing professional with international marketing experience, she has knowledge in private, corporate, agency, non-profit and association settings. Nicole has assisted companies and associations with marketing, communications, and business development activities for over 30 years. Nicole is currently responsible for the marketing operations, creation & development of relationships and opportunities with both clients and prospects, promoting and maintaining a firm-wide marketing culture, and managing & implementing market activities to develop the image of RSW & ROCG Montreal. She works directly with all of the firm’s niches to achieve the goals of the firm's long-term vision.

Nicole has been an active volunteer in the Association for Accounting Marketing (AAM) for many years. Nicole was named AAM’s 2017 Volunteer of the Year. In addition to AAM, Nicole served as the International Marketing Consultant for JHI Association, a global association of accountants and business advisors; furthermore, she was a member of JHI’s Marketing Committee. She is also an active member of the Albany Running Exchange, The Hudson Mohawk Road Runners Club, and Cardiac Athletes. As part of her dedication to Cardiac Athletes, Nicole raises money to purchase deliberators for rural schools and parks where she competes in running road races.

Nicole holds a Bachelor of Science in Communications and Public Relations and an Associate’s Degree in Business Administration.

Katie Cohodes breathes innovation into each marketing project she develops. Clever and passionate, Katie excels at strategic planning, brand management, and marketing education.

Joining Armanino in 2022, Katie is a marketing manager building demand generation strategies for the firm’s tax team. She previously served as the marketing manager at Weinstein Spira in Houston, Texas for nearly eight years. A proud Boilermaker, Katie is a graduate of Purdue University in West Lafayette, Indiana, and majored in public relations.

In 2016, Katie was named Rookie of the Year by the Association for Accounting Marketing (AAM). In addition, she has been an active member in AAM for many years, from serving on the Board of Directors to chairing the Summit Committee.

Outside of work, you may find Katie at her local Trader Joe’s with her husband and daughter, likely buying a bouquet of fresh flowers or perusing the charcuterie section.

Courtney Kiss serves as Chief Growth & Development Officer for Johnson Lambert LLP, where she is responsible for strategic initiatives that align the growth of the firm’s business with the growth and development of its professionals. In this role, she works with the marketing, business development, and HR teams. Passionate about organizational culture, continuous innovation and evolution, and professional development, she works to heighten the experience of the Johnson Lambert brand for both employees and clients. Amongst her leadership roles, she is an advisor to Johnson Lambert’s DEI Committee. Prior to joining Johnson Lambert in 2014, she held marketing positions at investment and accounting firms. Courtney has been an AAM volunteer for many years, serving on the Board since 2020, and prior to that, for two years as the Website Committee Chair. She earned her bachelor's degree from the University of San Diego and her MBA from Loyola University - Chicago. Outside of work, Courtney enjoys spending time with her husband and son, traveling, and reading.

With over a decade of marketing experience, Nicola runs the marketing operations for Portland, Oregon’s largest locally owned accounting firm, Perkins & Co. Nicola works alongside her team to keep Perkins thriving in a dynamic market with stiff competition. Leading with a focus on collaboration and communication, Nicola directs the firm’s marketing strategy to keep Perkins relevant and successful.

Nicola is an active member of the Association of Accounting Marketing, and over the past three years has been directly involved in organizing the association's annual conference.

Born in Sussex, England, Nicola moved to the States almost 20 years ago, earning a degree in English from Washington State University. Outside of work, Nicola is passionate about animals, the outdoors, music, skiing, writing, reading, and gin. She’s a lot less passionate about running, but you can ask her about that too.

As a lead marketing account manager, Crystal develops strategic marketing plans to support the growth goals of assigned industry groups at Wipfli LLP, a top 20 firm. With more than 18 years of professional experience, including nearly 15 years in accounting marketing, she previously worked on the national marketing team of a top 10 firm and as the marketing director of a local firm in Southwest Missouri.

Crystal has been active in AAM for nearly 10 years, serving as a board member and former chair of the AAM Minute Committee. She has been active in additional professional organizations, including the American Marketing Association, Leading Edge Alliance Marketing Steering Committee, CPA Associates International Marketing Committee, and Leadership Springfield Board of Directors and Communications Committee. Crystal also has been involved locally in community activities through the United Way of the Ozarks and various other local non-profit organizations, previously serving as a committee chair within the Junior League of Springfield, MO organization.

A graduate of Leadership Springfield and OzarkLeads programs, Crystal has received the Springfield Business Journal’s ’40 Under 40’ distinction and is a proud Panther with a degree in Advertising and Public Relations from Drury University.

Ed Warren is a Partner Development Manager for Sage Intacct. An experienced sales and marketing executive, Ed has over 30 years of sales and marketing experience as both an individual producer and a leader. Prior to joining Sage Intacct, Ed work for Dinamis, a provider of outsourcing support to bookkeeping, client accounting services (CAS) firms, and CPA firms. He also worked as an independent consultant, helping small and mid-sized CAS firms source new business. 

Ed has served in practice growth, business development and marketing leadership roles in both Top 200 and Top 100 CPA firms.  Before joining the accounting industry in 2008, Ed held vice president and director of sales roles in wireless telecommunications and information technology firms.  Ed started his career in general accounting at Westinghouse Broadcasting Company.

He has served on a variety of non-profit and community boards. He recently completed a 4-year term as a board member and a 2-year term as senior warden (board chair) at Christ Church Washington Parish. Ed lives in Washington, DC with his wife Marcia.



Jennifer Cantero

Jennifer Cantero brings more than 20 years of business and marketing experience to her role as the leader for the Sensiba Center for Sustainability at Sensiba San Filippo. She leads the firm’s core sustainability efforts as well as consults with small to medium size business clients assisting with their sustainability strategy.

Jennifer led the firm’s B Corporation certification process, resulting in SSF becoming the first California accounting firm certified as a B Corporation. In 2020, she launched the firm’s Sensiba Center for Sustainability, to help companies move to a purpose-driven, sustainable business model that includes social and environmental performance, accountability, and transparency.

In addition to her sustainability practice, Jennifer hosts the Rebooting Capitalism podcast that digs into why traditional capitalism is broken and what people are doing to fix it. She also as honored in 2021 by the San Francisco Business Times as one of the 100 Most Influential Women in Businesses.

Jennifer received a dual bachelor’s degree in graphic design and photography from California State University, East Bay. She also holds a diversity and inclusion certificate from Cornell University. Currently, she is attending Harvard University studying corporate sustainability and innovation. Jennifer has been a member of The Association for Accounting Marketing (AAM) for the past 10 years and has served on the board for the past several years. Outside of work, Jennifer enjoys CrossFit, kayaking, and spending time in the redwoods.



Greg Cole

Greg has more than 15 years of experience operating his own business, where he facilitated large events and ensured guest satisfaction, before joining the firm in 2003. He also has experience in human resource management, recruiting, marketing, training, and organizational development, and has been published in several industry publications.

Greg is a board member for the Association for Accounting Marketing and serves on numerous industry committees and boards, including the CPE committee for the National Association of State Boards of Accountancy, and is the president of the Mizzou Alumni Association.

Cheryl is the Director, Demand Generation—Industry for Armanino. Cheryl leads a team of marketers focused on developing and implementing demand generation marketing strategies for the firm’s strategic industries.

Prior to joining Armanino, Cheryl was the Director of Practice Growth for Brown Smith Wallace, which became part of Armanino in 2021. As Director of Practice Growth, Cheryl the development of the firm’s strategic growth marketing and business development strategy to support the firm, industry groups and service lines to drive revenue growth and enhance the reputation of the firm.

She played an integral role in the launch of the Brown Smith Wallace Startup Industry group. She presented her experience in launching the Startup Industry niche at the joint Association for Accounting Marketing – AICPA Conference in 2017.

Prior to joining Brown Smith Wallace, Cheryl held marketing roles at Build-A-Bear Workshop®, start-up toy retailer RIDEMAKERZ® and GroupM Search, formerly the search marketing specialist division of GroupM—a WPP company.

She has a diverse marketing background that includes marketing and brand strategy, internal and external communications, media relations, digital marketing, special events, creative development and business development.

Cheryl holds a Bachelor’s and Master of Arts degrees from the School of Journalism at University of Missouri—Columbia. Today, Cheryl serves as a Member-at-Large for the AAM Board of Directors and the AAM DEI Committee.

In her role, Jessica and her talented team collaborate with leadership to drive growth opportunities for the Firm. While she has significant experience in marketing and business development, she is particularly focused on driving the Firm’s go-to-market approach, operating strategy and client experience programs. Under her privy, BPM and its world-class Marketing Department have been recognized with national awards for marketing, innovation, growth strategies and client excellence.

Prior to joining BPM, Jessica served in various marketing and business development roles in the legal industry, spearheading new service lines, leading trainings and developing processes to maximize the effectiveness of ROI and efficiency of strategic programs.

In addition to her leadership role at BPM, Jessica serves on the Board of the Association of Accounting Marketing and on the Programs Committee for the Association of Corporate Growth.

In 2018, Jessica received the BPM “Leaders in Action” award, a biennial award recognizing leaders who contribute to the Firm in significant and outstanding ways. She is passionate about building and mentoring her team of outstanding professionals and identifying new growth opportunities for the Firm. As a member of the Firm’s IN! (Inclusion Now!) Committee and Executive Sponsor of the Firm’s WIN! (Women’s Initiative Now!) Colleague Resource Group, she is an advocate for diversity in the profession. Ralph MacNamara leads Kaufman Rossin’s business development department and is responsible for driving growth strategies for all service lines and industry teams. He was named Business Development Principal in 2017 and oversees all new client and cross-sell initiatives, sales operations, proposal team, sales training and events team.

Ralph joined the firm in a sales role in 2008 and quickly became adept at selling virtually all service lines to clients in a wide variety of industries. Moreover, he has helped launch over a dozen new advisory services, delivered emerging rainmaker training to professionals at all levels and provided one-on-one sales coaching to senior professionals and principals, alike.

He leads the firm’s corporate social responsibility initiatives to promote one of the firm’s core values of civic and community engagement. A lifelong resident of South Florida, Ralph has served on a variety of local, state and national boards and received several leadership awards recognizing his volunteer efforts.

Laura Metz is a marketing professional with over ten years' experience in the professional services industry, working with accounting firms for the past eight. She focuses on the "people" element of tax, audit and accounting, telling the stories that should be told in a way that people want to hear it.

Laura is currently a manager providing demand generation support for the Armanino tax team. In this role, she is responsible for developing and executing the marketing and communications strategy to help the corporate and national tax office service groups meet and exceed their revenue goals. Before working with Armanino, Laura was the with Moore North America, operating as the key point of contact for regional marketing initiatives and business development efforts.

She is an active member of the Association for Accounting Marketing, currently serving on the Board of Directors and previously as the Strategic Communications Committee Chair.

Christian Moises APR is a digital marketing advisor for Inovautus Consulting. He previously served as practice growth specialist for Ericksen Krentel CPAs and Consultants in New Orleans, where he was a one-man shop doing it all. He spent the first 10 years of his career in journalism, serving as an editor with New Orleans CityBusiness, the business journal of New Orleans, before transitioning to marketing and communications, with stops in death care communications, community hospital public relations and marketing/communications for an AM 200 regional law firm. Christian earned his bachelor’s degree in journalism from Louisiana Tech University.

Randy is a member of the firm’s management team and operations committee. In his role he is responsible for all marketing related operations, including brand development and promotion, marketing strategy, planning and production as well as market facing communications in digital and traditional channels. Along with his team, Randy works closely with all client, service, and regional business units in the firm.

Randy joined MNP in 1996 after a 10-year career with a leading Canadian consumer goods company. Under his leadership, the MNP marketing team has won numerous national and international marketing awards for a variety of communication and promotional campaigns.

Committed to community, Randy is a past chairperson of a community level United Way Campaign, is a proud alumnus of 4-H Canada and is the past chair of the Canadian 4-H Foundation Board and has coached youth hockey for many years. He is co –author of the book, Updating Your Marketing Strategy.

Randy has been a member and attending AAM events since 1997 and was awarded the 2014 Marketer of the Year award from the Association for Accounting Marketing.

Christopher O'Day is the Director of Marketing at LGA, LLP a full-service Certified Public Accounting and Business Advisory firm with offices in Woburn, MA, Chestnut Hill, MA, and Salem, NH. LGA specializes in tailoring services to suit the needs of closely-held businesses, entrepreneurs, high-net-worth individuals, and non-profit organizations.

As the Director of Marketing, O'Day is responsible for the firm's strategic marketing, digital marketing, social media, communications, event management, and other growth efforts for the firm.

O'Day joined LGA after his prior firm ALL CPAs, merged with LGA on November 1, 2021. During O'Day's time with ALL, the firm was annually ranked as a leading CPA Firm by Forbes, Accounting Today, and the Boston Business Journal. He led the firm through a rebranding from Abrams Little-Gill Loberfeld PC to ALL CPAs. He created the firm's content and social media strategy, including launching ALL's blog, an internal newsletter, and client spotlights. He also helped reinvigorate the firm's annual premier networking event and increase attendance by over 200% from prior years.

O'Day has over twelve years of experience in accounting marketing. O'Day also worked for the Massachusetts Society of CPAs, where he marketed the CPA profession to high school and college students.

He graduated cum laude from Assumption University with a degree in English with a concentration in writing and a minor in marketing. He also served as the captain of the University's Division II cross country and track teams. He is very active in local charities, including participating in a boxing match to raise money for local families affected by cancer.

Brunella also has experience defining marketing strategies, developing content frameworks, and strengthening social media presence with a focus on the financial services, healthcare, and international trade/logistics industries.

Prior to joining Moore Colson, Brunella worked as a Manager of Marketing Communications at Anthem, a Fortune 50 corporation, leading a team of marketing communication writers and ensuring consistent branding across thousands of communications a year, in addition to developing and executing creative process improvements. Prior to Anthem, Brunella worked at Samuel Shapiro & Company, Inc. for 15 years. Brunella began in Operations and was then promoted to Team Leader and later to Training, Development & Compliance Analyst. She was then promoted to Marketing Manager to develop strategies for positioning the company for new business and manage all marketing activities. As Chief Marketing Officer, Mary leads the strategic development and operational execution of the firm’s corporate marketing and sales enablement initiatives to drive growth for GTM. She actively partners with firm leadership, regional office leaders, and all service lines to create a unified GTM voice and brand presence. Her work centers around developing strategies and leading targeted programs that align with firm goals for the purpose of stimulating demand and capturing interest in GTM’s growing portfolio of corporate tax services.

Since joining GTM in 2014, Mary has been instrumental in building the marketing function, establishing a consistent narrative and a complete library of firm collateral, and developing an award-winning website. She has also implemented a CRM platform and marketing automation system, established a contact base of prospective clients, created a content strategy and social media program, and contributed to an impressive firm growth rate of more than 75%.

Mary has spent more than 20 years successfully leading marketing and growth initiatives for professional services organizations. Prior to joining GTM, Mary served as Vice President, Marketing & Sales at PM Solutions, a project management consulting and training company. Notable accomplishments during her last two years with the firm included leading marketing activities that directly contributed to 30% of the company’s revenue from new business acquisitions, generating several million in revenue directly from inbound web inquiries, and growing its database of qualified prospects by nearly 90%.

Mary is a member of the Association for Accounting Marketing (AAM) and the International Association of Business Communicators (IABC). As a part of AAM’s editoral team, Mary authors numerous articles for Growth Strategies: The Journal of Accounting Marketing and Sales. She is also the author of a chapter for The American Management Association’s AMA Handbook of Project Management, focused on applying project management principles to the marketing function.

In her free time, Mary enjoys spending time with her husband and two children, golfing whenever she can fit it in, and watching anything on HGTV.
