EisnerAmper LLP, a premier accounting and business advisory services firm, seeks a Financial Services National Marketing Director to join our team. This position will be based in our New York office and will be the strategic and operational backbone for the marketing efforts of the Financial Services Practice in the U.S. and abroad.

The ideal candidate will contribute to the growth of the company by identifying services and markets, suggesting sales strategies and approaches, and measuring the results of all marketing efforts for the private equity, hedge fund, broker dealer and alternative investment space.


The National Financial Services Marketing Director is responsible for:
- Developing the practice’s mid to long term strategic goals
- Creating the financial services marketing strategy and drafting the growth plan and budget
- Overseeing all financial services marketing activities and campaigns
- Working collaboratively with in-house marketing specialists, field and industry marketing representatives, and business
development professionals throughout the country and internationally in growing the financial services brand and executing
programming across markets
- Monitoring competition and competitive trends
- Advising financial services industry leaders on client and market trends, and identifying potential for growth
- Selecting financial services marketing agency partners and overseeing their activities (e.g., public relations firm)
- Coaching financial services practice leaders in support of their business development goals and personal brand enhancement
- Trending lead closure/loss rates and adjusting strategy to achieve goals
- Collaborating with subject matter experts to develop engaging, content-based promotional and thought leadership materials
- Managing the financial services marketing budget and working with location marketing leaders on budgetary needs
- Determining and monitoring KPIs on all financial services marketing activities and expenditures

Technical Skills:
- Knowledge of and connectivity to Private Equity, Hedge Fund, and related Alternative Investment trends, competitive
landscape and emerging issues
- Demonstrates knowledge of effective marketing strategies in the professional services environment
- Effective oral and written communication skills and ability to influence and motivate colleagues at all levels
- Experience with marketing measurement techniques and tools, and communicating and reporting results of marketing
programs to the financial services leadership team

- 7-10 years of progressively more responsible positions in marketing, preferably in a similar industry or a professional services
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or a related field
