Director of MarketingOrganization:
Midwest-based, multi-office law firm seeking Director of Marketing. Reporting to the Firm’s President, the Director of Marketing will develop key marketing strategies that align with business goals, and will design and implement marketing plans that support the Firm’s mission and unique brand. The Director of Marketing will be expected to link marketing strategies to business development activities to drive additional revenue. This individual will be responsible for the leadership and management of marketing, public relations and business development. This is an exceptional opportunity for a creative and results-oriented individual to provide leadership for a long-term marketing vision for the organization.
This is an opportunity for someone who has had broad experience in all aspects of professional services marketing and business development and marketing best practices. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 15 years’ marketing experience, with proven experience in a professional services environment. The preferred candidate will have experience developing marketing plans and budgets, working collaboratively with an organization’s executive team. She/he will have a bachelor’s degree in marketing, journalism, communications, English, business, or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus.
