Do you have a knack for getting the right emails into the right inboxes at the right times? Do you live to see those open and clickthrough rates climb higher and higher? We're seeking an expert email and account-based marketing specialist to add to our passionate team of marketing professionals. You'll be expected to develop and track email campaigns to ultimately increase our business' email marketing and ABM success. You will conceptualize, implement, and continually innovate campaigns in partnership with the digital, content, customer, and, most importantly, sales teams. The ideal candidate will thrive at the intersection of creative strategy, marketing automation, campaign deployment, and analytical review. -Manage various email campaigns, including the template designs, calls-to-action, workflow, personalization, and content used in our email sends.
-Segment and manage lists based on behaviors like past email engagement and website interactions (content downloads, site page visits, etc.).
-Measure results and optimize the lead nurturing workflows for these segments to convert leads into customers.
-Work to minimize list decay and unsubscribes while increasing the productivity of our email sends.
-Develop documentation and road maps for processes, A/B tests, and promotions that succeed through email.
-Develop and implement pipeline generation and acceleration programs for a list of specific targeted accounts, using highly personalized email tactics
-Proactively engage with the sales teams to coordinate, communicate, and optimize the impact of marketing activities
-Communicate and educate the sales team regarding new and planned email marketing activities
-Produce reports on email marketing performance, account-level engagements, and ROI
Skills and Experience:
-3-5 years of marketing experience with demonstrated success in B2B marketing, demand generation, marketing automation, campaign management, email marketing, lead nurturing, web analytics and account-based marketing
-Excellent understanding of email marketing concepts and metrics such as Sender Score, deliverability, and sender reputation.
-Highly analytical and able to derive meaning from data through A/B testing and email optimization.
-Excellent writer and communicator (in both the written and verbal form).
-Demonstrated ability to build highly effective working relationships across multiple teams
-Enthusiasm for data-driven marketing and demonstrated ability to report and make decisions based on analytics, performance, and ROI based data
-Proficiency in HubSpot campaigns, email marketing, and marketing automation/workflow technology a must
-Extremely organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously skills with keen attention to details
-Flexibility to work in a rapidly changing environment
-Must be high energy, passionate and have a positive can-do attitude
-Bachelor's or Master's Degree with a Marketing focus preferred
-Accounting industry/Accounting software experience a must
-Must be located in the United States
