Gray, Gray & Gray LLP is looking for a smart, hands-on team member to join our Marketing Department. To be considered for this role, candidates must have exceptional writing skills in order to deliver the firm’s value proposition. A BS in marketing, related field, or equivalent experience, advanced knowledge of MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel), strong organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail and a desire to learn are critical. Prior professional services company, WordPress, SharePoint, and CRM experience preferred but not required. We are looking for a highly motivated, enthusiastic professional who is a true team player and possesses a high level of commitment and work ethic to do whatever it takes to get the job done well.Responsibilities:
As a key member of the Marketing Department, you will play a hands-on role in providing support to the marketing function and assisting with building marketing programs that define the firm’s value proposition, increasing brand awareness and ensuring consistent brand messaging. You will be working on many different projects every day so no two days will be the same.
Responsibilities include proposal writing, creating newsletters, coordinating collateral, generating marketing reports, conducting surveys, maintaining and updating the firm’s website, blogs and intranet; assisting with events/marketing campaigns, preparing for seminars/webinars/ tradeshows; as well as various administrative tasks such as database management and marketing research.Desired Experience:
2+ years of Marketing experience
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Journalism, Communications, English, or equivalent preferredClick here
