This role is focused on helping the Cincinnati partners with their growth goals, doing a range of BD and marketing projects and initiatives. The Cincinnati Office Managing Partner shared that their five-year growth target needs the guidance of this person as they are lawyers first and foremost, and not marketers. They want the help of this Director, as the partners have established a culture that this role is their co-partner to achieve their defined business goals.
