Job Title: Senior Marketing Associate - BOS/CFOA

The Senior Marketing Associate, will be a key player in supporting key firm industry and service areas to help Armanino expand its regional and national eminence. You will work closely with other marketing and sales support team members and key industry/service/geography leaders within the firm. You will manage internal and external campaigns, webinars and events, as well as support firmwide activities, as needed. This person should have experience working within professional services firms and will understand the business-to-business (B2B) marketing and sales environment.


Aid in the development of key messaging and value that drives engagement to meet overall goals of key industry groups and service lines
Develop, direct and execute programs to drive demand for the firm’s services in area of assigned responsibility
Measure effectiveness of content, both overall and in each channel
Partner with brand creative team to ensure all campaign content is on-brand and consistent in terms of style, quality and tone of voice
Write or direct writing resources for email (inbound and drip) and direct mail campaigns aligned with events, tradeshows, referral/channel partners and integrated marketing strategies
Execute event and webinar goals and objectives from initial request through final deliverable
Collaborate with sales and industry leadership to development content and drive attendance to live and online events
Work with sales support team to draft materials (presentations, service line sheets and client/target lists) as required
Develop, coordinate and execute digital marketing campaigns and posts (social, PPC, display, website inbound, emails, events, etc.) from initial request through final deliverable
Provide strategic direction on specific digital marketing initiatives by identifying the key message or proposition, as well as the best digital channel for distribution
Ensure SEO keywords and strategy for the firm, audit, tax, risk assurance and business management services are consistently reviewed and implemented
Track campaign and event results, and communicate overall marketing results to Marketing Senior Manager and relevant stakeholders
Stay current with event, webinar, social and campaign best practices and promote the advancement of new ideas and innovation to both improve the effectiveness and efficiency of marketing efforts


Required Education and Experience

Ability to work independently, on multiple projects at once and collaborate with remote team members and management
A bachelor’s in marketing, communications, English or a related field (or related experience)
Minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in professional services marketing or B2B marketing; accounting or financial services/wealth management firm preferred
Excellent project management skills and the flexibility to prioritize changing workloads
Proactive with strong organizational, writing and communication skills
Willingness to share ideas and contribute to a collaborative effort
