REDW LLC, a growing top 200 advisory and CPA firm, is looking for an innovative, creative and tech-savvy Digital Experience Strategist (DES) who can help develop and take our digital marketing strategy to the next level. The DES reports to the Director of Marketing and works collaboratively with team members across the firm. You will be responsible for consistent and effective communication, tracking of marketing results and the development and execution of digital marketing activities.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • In collaboration with the Director of Marketing and other members of the marketing team, develop & implement the strategic framework for brand elevation, user experience and demand generation
  • Develop and execute digital strategies built from client insights and data analytics to improve lead quality
  • Apply persona/market segmentation, messaging and brand strategy into the digital environment
  • Execute continuous testing to improve visit-to-conversion performance
  • Identify & monitor trends in consumer digital behavior
  • Drive user-centricity & touchpoint excellence
  • Manage PPC initiatives (e.g. Google Adwords, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.)
  • Create and optimize landing pages to increase visitor retention and encourage action
  • Perform data analysis around web traffic and other key metrics
  • Monitor KPIs and set up mechanisms to measure multiple campaigns across multiple online channels
  • Report on campaign developments, timelines, and results
  • Collaborate with marketing team to build email lists and campaigns, including the design of templates, content, and calls-to-action
  • Segment lists based on behaviors, such as past email engagement and website interactions (content downloads, site page visits, etc.)
  • Measure results and optimize the nurture tracks for these segments to convert leads to clients
  • Closely collaborate with Content Marketing Specialist to develop content strategy and client journey mapping
  • Collaborate with Martech Specialist and other marketing team members to minimize list decay and unsubscribes while increasing performance of email marketing campaigns Develop documentation and road maps for processes, A/B tests, and promotions that succeed through email
  • Develop dashboards for effective data visualization

Qualifications:
Experience - Required

CRM Functionality
  • Adobe Creative Suite
  • 5 years: Digital Marketing Experience

Experience - Preferred
  • Project Management
  • Proficiency in SEO and visual content such as video and infographics
  • Experience with industry systems and tools such as Social Media Management and WordPress
  • Google Analytics
  • 2 years: B2B Marketing Experience
