Marketing and Communications ManagerCompany:
Windham Brannon is seeking a Marketing and Communications Manager to join the Marketing team. In this role, the Manager will be overseeing key internal and external communication strategies and projects. You will be working alongside the Director of Marketing to help strategize and manage marketing programs.Responsibilities
Manage the company blogs by organizing, creating, and posting content weekly to drive marketing ideas and position the company as the thought-leader in the industry.
Develop content and sales tools to build brand awareness, as well as measuring and optimizing campaign content.
Develop and manage marketing campaigns, client experience campaigns, and client newsletters, and tracking and measuring campaign results
Produce educational seminars that support marketing campaigns.
Partnering with the marketing team to develop and maintain website copy
Manage the firm’s PR initiatives.
Create marketing collateral to support segment marketing plans.
Manage the firm’s marketing automation programs and integration with sales toolsRequirements
Experience in an accounting firm or other professional services firm a plus
5-8 years’ experience in marketing, communications and project management
Degree in Marketing, Journalism, or Business preferred
Excellent knowledge of marketing principles
Experience with marketing automation and sales tools (i.e. CRM databases)
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
