Many firm wide initiatives are often developed and executed by our Corporate Shared Services Department which includes Accounting/Finance, Human Resources, Marketing, Information Technology, and Support Services. Cohen & Company is looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to join our growing Marketing & Business Development team. Qualified candidates must have experience working with a content management system to add and edit web pages, working knowledge of HTML, and hands on experience with CRM, marketing automation systems, and Google Analytics (or other web traffic platform). If you're a data-driven and forward thinker with the ability to operate effectively in a team-oriented, fast-paced, collaborative environment, we’d love to meet you! This position will reside in our Cleveland Office and reports to the Executive Director of Marketing.

Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for building/evolving/scaling the Firm’s brand and lead generation capabilities through digital and social media platforms
  • Develop and implement an overall approach (design, content, and functionality) for the Firm’s Corporate ( and Careers (
  • Develop SEO strategies that drive traffic and ROI for the Firm
  • Build and execute plans to leverage the Firm’s extensive Thought Leadership (e.g., blogs, podcasts, publications, events) through organic and paid social media and digital campaigns, including LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook and YouTube
  • Direct oversight for the Firm’s e-communications program, including event invitations and e-newsletters
  • Regularly produce performance reports and provide meaningful insights
  • Collaborate with the Firm’s Learning & Development team to develop internal training programs that build the Firm’s digital/social marketing IQ
  • Maintain and deepen relationships with key advertising and technology vendors
  • Provide input to annual marketing budget for digital marketing investments
Education & Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, communications or other relevant field
  • 5-10 years of progressive B2B marketing communications experience focused on digital marketing, social media, campaign development, customer acquisition & retention, or ecommerce
  • Experience with an accounting, law or other professional services firm is desired
  • Experience with SEO strategy, best practices, and trends
  • Technical aptitude and knowledge of website structure and standards
  • Demonstrated ability to dig for data and use that data to craft actionable change in marketing communications plans
  • Exhibit excellent work ethic, strong problem solving skills, and tenacity when it comes to engagement, voice of the customer, and problem solving
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office software, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
