AAM Announces New 2018-2019 Board Members

 Newly Elected Board Members Will Help Shape the Future of Accounting Marketing and Business Development Organization

 

August 27, 2018 | FOREST HILL, MD - Association for Accounting Marketing (AAM), the leading trade association committed to providing educational opportunities and professional support for marketing and business development professionals in the accounting industry, announces the appointment of six new members to its Board of Directors.

 

The six elected, first-term board members-at-large include:

 

  • Ed Warren, director of practice growth at PB Mares, LLP
  • Bonnie Buol Ruszczyk, owner/founder of BBR Companies, LLC
  • Katie Butler, marketing manager at Weinstein, Spira & Company, P.C.
  • Crystal Mapp, marketing director at KPM CPAs
  • Natalie McCann, national account manager & marketing strategist at Thomson Reuters
  • Nicole Sterling, director of marketing & communications at RSW

 

The organization's board of directors is led by President Craig Browning, director of marketing and personnel at KWC CPAs. Laura Snyder, marketing & business development manager at Crowe Horwath, is the board's immediate past president and Jen Lemanski, senior manager of practice growth at PKF Texas, serves as the board's current president-elect. Melissa Hornsby Brogan, marketing director at Barnes Dennig (vice president); Becca Davis, director of practice growth at Rea & Associates (secretary); Carrie Steffen, president and co-founder of The Whetstone Group (treasurer); and members-at-large Græme Gordon, executive director at Praxity - Global Alliance, Ltd., Pauline Gonnering, director of growth and operations at Cummings, Keegan & Co., Nathan Wozniak, marketing operations manager at BKD, Mitch Reno, principal and director of client experience at Rehmann, and Charles Ludmer, chief marketing officer at CohnReznick, round out the remainder of the board.

As the governing body of AAM, the Board of Directors is responsible for guiding the strategic direction of the organization. Specifically, the leaders are committed to promoting excellence and elevate the professional stature of marketing, business development and other practice growth professionals at all career levels, directly impacting members' professional development and careers through education, networking and thought leadership to growth both people and accounting practices.
