Accounting Today's Annual 'Top 100 Most Influential People In Accounting' List Includes Ten Association for Accounting Marketing Members


September 10, 2018 (Forest Hill, MD) -The Association for Accounting Marketing (AAM), the leading trade association committed to providing educational opportunities and professional support for marketing and business development professionals in the accounting industry, announces that Lauren Clemmer, executive director of the association, and nine other AAM members were named to Accounting Today's "Top 100 Most Influential People in Accounting" list. This marks Clemmer's third consecutive year on the coveted list, a testament to her ongoing impact on the accounting industry.

The pace at which the accounting industry is evolving continues to generate buzz among leading [JK1]  publications and, according to Accounting Today, the decisions being made by the people on this year's list will shape what the profession looks like in the years ahead. Clemmer has made a committed effort to confront industry changes head on while further positioning AAM as the leading professional association committed to providing accounting marketers and business developers with expertise, unparalleled professional development and thought leadership resources designed to elevate the profession and deliver firm growth.

Ten percent of the industry's most influential people are active AAM members, demonstrating the value members continue to receive from the organization.
