Citrin Cooperman is seeking an Integrated Marketing Manager in our White Plains and Norwalk offices. We are a growing nationally recognized full-service accounting, tax, and consulting firm. We are ranked the 22nd largest accounting firm in the US with over 900 partners and staff and 11 offices.

The Integrated Marketing Manager is responsible for the development and execution of geography marketing plans for White Plains and Connecticut as well as a focus on some of the firm’s key industry practices. This role will work with the Citrin Cooperman North Marketing Director and team to integrate plans and initiatives within the overall regional strategy, as well as the integration of some industry focused marketing. Other responsibilities and support functions as needed.

Key responsibilities include:

Can drive marketing with a minimum level of supervision to support strategic plans of the firm and local geography
Takes an active leadership role in scheduling / attending geography and relevant industry marketing meetings, working with CC North marketing team and office leaders to develop marketing plans, and executing on marketing items that arise within these meetings
Facilitate the development of a robust client / prospect / referral list for marketing campaigns
Build market assessment and key target lists for marketing initiatives
Develop and execute a referral marketing program
Creates and oversees e-mail marketing campaigns, complete with list development and tracking components
Independently creates and manages all elements of conferences and events including venue selection, theme creation, vendor relationships, collateral production, invitations, promotional items, and press coverage, if warranted
Works with partners to offer guidance on how to best fashion winning proposals and writes proposals and other pursuit/pitch materials
Sets up tracking programs for various initiatives and reports on progress of each using MS Dynamics and other tools
Establishes and manages relationships with appropriate geographic, industry, and trade organizations, vendors, etc.

Experience necessary:

Has experience building various types of marketing campaigns to raise brand awareness and drive lead generation
Has an understanding of the Westchester and Fairfield county marketplace and various industry and local community organizations
Versed in how to create benefit-oriented collateral with strong call to action that yields results
Requires proficiency in MS Office applications
Requires a bachelor's degree (Marketing or Business major a plus)
Prior marketing experience with accounting or other professional services firms preferred
4-6 years of work experience in marketing at minimum
Position will be split between White Plains, NY and Norwalk, CT
Position is full time
