Job Title: Marketing Manager

The Marketing Manager will contribute to the effectiveness of the company in identifying services and markets, suggesting sales strategies and approaches, and measuring the results of all marketing efforts. Determine the demand for services offered by the firm and its competitors and identify potential customers. Oversee industry and service line development and monitor trends that indicate the need for new services.

Duties and Responsibilities

The Marketing Manager is responsible for:
•Assisting in the development and execution of marketing strategy, campaigns and programming for a geography, industry and / or service line consistent with the firm’s brand and positioning
•Creating content and marketing copy (blogs, invites, announcements, collateral, etc.) specific to geography, industry and / or service lines.
•Overseeing and managing marketing related activities and related budget for geography, industry and / or service line
•Monitoring lead tracking and ROI on all marketing activities
•Interfacing with and directing marketing vendors on various marketing events, campaigns and/or components
•Creating and implementing PR, branding and lead generation activities
•Creation and publication of marketing material in line with marketing plans for geography, industry and / or service line
•Providing information to supervisors, co-workers, and subordinates by telephone, in written form, e-mail, or in person.

•Judgment and Decision Making -- Considering the relative costs and benefits of potential actions to choose the most appropriate one
•Time Management - Managing one's own time and the time of others
•Thinking Creatively - Developing, designing, or creating new applications, ideas, relationships, systems, or products, including artistic contributions
•Developing and Building Teams - Encouraging and building mutual trust, respect, and cooperation among team members
•Coordinating the Work and Activities of Others - Getting members of a group to work together to accomplish tasks
•Designing and software - possess excellent software skills in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint and a familiarity with design programs would be a plus

Knowledge

Sales and Marketing – Experience in showcasing, promoting, and selling industry or services. This includes marketing strategy and tactics, sales techniques, and customer relationship management systems.

Customer and Personal Service - Knowledge of principles and processes for providing professional services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.

Communications and Media - Knowledge of media production, communication, and dissemination techniques and methods. This includes alternative ways to inform and entertain via written, oral, and visual media.

IoT – Deep experience in the internet conducting research and analysis as well as social media strategy that are significant in company outreach.

Experience

7 years of progressively more responsible positions in marketing, preferably in a similar industry or a professional services firm

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or a related field
