KPMG is currently seeking an Director, Account Management to join our Marketing organization.

Responsibilities:

Drive market and business strategy, as well as project management inclusive of annual marketing and business planning
Direct a team of marketing account managers to grow the business pipeline, and increase revenue by enabling firm expansion within the market
Local activation of national branding programs; including rollout and campaign execution
Industry marketing planning and account level business strategy and support
Coach and support client delivery partners in market development activities
Facilitate information sharing and collaboration with industries, functions and other business process groups
Qualifications:

Minimum of fifteen years of progressive leadership, marketing and program management, business development support and/or account management experience; preferably within a professional services firm or similar environment
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university; Master’s degree from an accredited college or university preferred
Experience leading and managing a team within a complex, matrixed environment with multiple stakeholders and decision makers
Experience in integrated marketing program development and execution with strong project management and interpersonal skills
Ability to leverage financial data to drive market development and marketing program recommendations; Understanding of marketing strategy and practical implementation of business to business marketing programs
Ability to travel up to ten percent
