Prior to Marketing by Numbers, Don was the co-founder and CEO of Hatchbuck (now BenchmarkONE), a sales and marketing platform that combines CRM, email marketing and marketing automation into one easy to use software package. The Hatchbuck software is used by thousands of business owners and marketing professionals to communicate with millions of prospects and customers each month. Hatchbuck merged with Benchmark Email in 2019 and now has over 150 employees globally.
Prior to Hatchbuck, Don was the co-founder and CEO of Sendouts, an applicant tracking software for third-party recruiters. Sendouts grew to serve thousands of recruiters and was acquired by Bullhorn and Vista Equity Partners in 2012.

Prior to Marketing by Numbers, Jamie was an Account Executive with Hatchbuck for over 6 years. Jamie worked with business owners and marketing professionals each and every day helping solve the problem of better communicating with prospects and clients.
Jamie has over 15 years of experience in sales and marketing, working in both corporate and start-up environments. He is an expert in marketing, video production and automation, all of which help provide the foundation for the Marketing by Numbers service offering.
Raissa joined Weaver as head of digital and lead gen in 2020, a full-service national CPA and advisory firm. She began her early career in the technology industry, then spent 12 years as head of marketing at PKF Texas, a firm recognized as a market-leader by its peers due to many industry firsts, winning more than 120 awards along the way. She founded her consultancy Running Reload LLC in 2015 where she works with clients on social optimization and Guided Marketing.
As a pioneer of digital strategy for professional services for more than 20 years, Raissa’s led digital transformations in marketing technology, web and content strategy and lead generation customer journeys. She speaks regularly on growth strategy, marketing operations, digital performance and the like.
