AAM High! Marketing Professional Services to the Next Generation of Decision-Makers

When:  Nov 14, 2018 from 01:00 PM to 02:15 PM (ET)

Millennials are no longer the new kids in the office, fresh out of college and eager to start their entry-level jobs. Now approaching their mid-30s, they’re managers and bosses. They’re running family-owned businesses as their parents approach retirement age. They are becoming directors, controllers and other C-level executives. In fact, Forbes magazine says 83% of workers have seen millennials managing Gen Xers and baby boomers in their offices.

Research has uncovered how this group shops and makes buying decisions. Nicole Gantz, Honkamp Krueger partner/CMO and AAM’s 2018 Marketer of the Year, will discuss how successful accounting firms market to this next generation of clients.

During this session, marketing professionals will:

  • Learn how to prepare firm leaders for changes ahead
  • Understand the key factors that influence purchasing behavior and how to apply that information to CPA firm marketing
  • Gain marketing strategies that will connect and engage with a new generation of buyers of professional services while remaining attractive and relevant to existing clients

Participants will walk away with a strong familiarity of the characteristics of the next generation of professional service decision-makers, with implementable strategies to prepare the firm and its leaders.
