This facilitated discussion will focus on the pros and cons of doing virtual business development before and after COVID - what was and wasn’t working before and now. The discussion will be centered around the following questions. Please consider your answers and come ready to discuss.   

  1. How do you build rapport virtually?
  2. Is it easier or harder to convince a prospect to commit to a virtual vs. real meeting?
  3. What are your thoughts about utilizing cameras, mics, lights?
  4. How do you keep from talking over people?
  5. What are the key strategic or “philosophical” differences between the real or virtual biz dev world?
  6. Are these changes temporary, permanent or somewhere in between?
