A great client experience starts with a great employee experience. The way we design, communicate, engage, and deliver the experiences people expect is rapidly changing. In response, more and more Marketing and HR teams are joining forces to meet this new reality and achieve common organizational goals. They team up to increase brand power and drive recruitment techniques forward, while retaining loyal employees through effective onboarding and ongoing alignment and communication.

The presenters, from both the marketing and HR side, will give practical tips and tactical suggestions on what both professionals can do to support their colleagues while managing firm growth.
This session will be beneficial to accounting marketers as well as HR professionals. We encourage you to invite your HR team to join us for this presentation!
