Ryan_George.jpgRyan George most recently served as head of marketing and communications for 1st Global, a CPA-focused broker-dealer based in Dallas, where he spent more than 7 years working with CPA/Accounting Firms to build out their wealth management offerings.

George has over 15 years of experience in the financial services industry and actively engages in leadership roles in both the financial services and marketing communications communities. He currently serves as chair of the Financial Services Institute’s Marketing, Growth and Development Council and is also a member of the Forbes Communications Council, an invitation-only, fee-based organization of senior-level communications and public relations executives.

During his time with 1st Global, Ryan enjoyed being able to help make the company’s purpose of enabling intentional living real and tangible by connecting the work others did with how it serves to meet the needs of those we clients and partners we serve on a daily basis.

Virtual Campfire Host

Raissa Evans is the host of AAM’s Virtual Campfire, a monthly video roundtable discussion focused on a specific topic. This program is an initiative of AAM’s Virtual Education Committee.

Raissa is CEO/Founder at Running Reload, LLC, working with clients on execution-focused marketing strategy and operational productivity. She began her early career in the technology industry, then spent 12 years as head of marketing at PKF Texas, a firm recognized as a market-leader by its peers due to many industry firsts, winning more than 120 awards along the way. She founded her consultancy in 2015. 

Raissa was named AAM’s Marketer of the Year 2011, as well as "One to Watch" by Accounting Today's Top 100 Most Influential in Accounting. She is Past President of Houston's Interactive Marketing Association, and founder of non-profit Celtic Valor, which raises scholarships for veterans.
