Job Description:

We are seeking a Marketing Manager to join our sales and marketing team and help us grow our Consulting Practice business lines. The Marketing Manager works closely with Consulting leadership and marketing to manage the marketing function, drive client acquisition/development, and increase brand awareness for Moss Adams within the Consulting segment. Central to managing the marketing process and resource deployment is guiding marketing planning as well as tactical execution for our Consulting practice, which includes support to the Business Consulting, Business Valuations, IT Consulting, and Business Risk groups. 

Responsibilities: 
•Develops marketing strategy and manages consulting marketing budget
•Guides marketing planning as well as tactical execution for the Consulting practices
•Serves as an industry expert, knowledgeable of the current business climate and issues facing the business
•Manages content marketing program and other consulting-related marketing communications, including the website, collateral, e-communications, webcasts, and proposal library content
•Fosters relationships with trade organizations, driving firm involvement to raise brand awareness and create effective sales and marketing opportunities
•Pursues and coordinates sponsorship, speaking, tradeshow and event opportunities to enhance firm reputation and increase exposure with target audience
•Works with creative team to develop consulting-specific ads and other varied collateral, and manages distribution of all content to designated audiences
•Coordinates with firm PR resources to pursue media relations with trade publications and regional/national business outlets
•Collaborates with regional and industry sales and marketing personnel to guide consulting-based marketing initiated at both office and industry levels
•Develops, manages and produces consulting group marketing reporting, dashboards, and internal communications, including the consulting group’s SharePoint site, as directed by consulting, marketing, and firm leadership 
•Builds relationships with and supports marketing activities of client service professionals within the Consulting group
•Utilizes CRM/Frontrunner to execute effective marketing programs. Supports activity tracking, data maintenance, and mailing list management
•Provides input and insight into large, complex sales pursuits and written proposals as requested 
•Manages market and competitor research projects
•In select sales initiatives and client situations, manages and participates in customer facing meetings and communications
•Conducts business intelligence research and build target pursuit lists
•Participates in firm-wide sales and marketing meetings/calls to ensure Consulting adheres to firm policies as they relate to sales and marketing
•Performs quality control reviews on all sales and marketing deliverables
•Meet with partners and senior managers as necessary to coach them on sales and pipeline management
•Act as a resource for partner and senior managers for how to effectively use the Firm’s sales tools and follow the firm’s sales methodology
•Work closely with partners and senior managers to help develop and execute pursuit plans for significant strategic targets

Qualifications:
•Bachelor’s degree required, degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred
•Minimum of seven years related experience; professional services or related consulting experience preferred
•Strong organizational, interpersonal, and decision-making ability
•Exceptional project management skills and attention to detail
•Client service oriented
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills
•Creative and persistent problem solver 
•Previous experience with CRM system and knowledge of e-mail marketing tools
•Efficiency with Microsoft Office; working knowledge of SharePoint preferred
•Willingness to travel to the Consulting groups’ key markets and attend marketing meetings/conferences
