We are looking for a Marketing Manager to work in our South Florida offices.

Required Skills 
The ideal candidate will be a confident, proactive self-starter with excellent writing, research, interpersonal and organizational skills. The Manager will work from and direct the marketing efforts of our Miami and Broward County offices, and will be responsible for developing and executing marketing and communications activities which support the strategic goals of the firm, help drive the growth of the South Florida offices and enhance our brand image.

The Marketing Manager will be responsible for:
•Assisting in the development of the marketing strategy for the firm’s South Florida offices in coordination with the overall planning objectives of the national marketing plan.
•Overseeing, managing, and budgeting for all marketing related activities in the South Florida region, including event origination and management, and regional print, online and broadcast advertising.
•Interfacing with and directing marketing vendors on various marketing campaigns and/or components
•Managing the creation and implementation of the annual regional marketing plan and calendar of firm activities
•Be the liaison with the web developer to ensure the firm’s relevant web site content is current and search engines are maximized
•Assisting the national PR, branding, social media, CRM and lead generation activities

Specific duties include working with South Florida partners and other professionals in identifying, implementing and monitoring opportunities for new business, promoting the office and the firm in the South Florida region through targeted marketing strategies, assist with the writing of proposals, researching leads, coordinating partner networking and marketing activities, coordinating office marketing meetings and contributing to client development activities (client seminars, webinars, events & sponsorships, etc.).

Required Experience 
•Bachelor’s degree in communications or marketing
•Proficiency in Internet research
•5+ years of marketing experience, ideally in a professional services environment
•Experience in or significant knowledge of South Florida business markets
•Must have strong “internal client” skills including at the partner level
•Able to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines without compromising quality
•Business fluency in Spanish is a strong plus
