We are seeking a Senior Marketing Manager to join our Northeast Region, to be located in our New York/Manhattan or Melville office. In this role, you will support the achievement of firm growth goals through the development and implementation of strategic marketing plans. The right candidate will be able to work closely with partners and marketing team members to execute marketing strategies and tactics. The ideal candidate for the position is a proven and passionate marketing leader who works best in a collaborative environment to achieve great results.

Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the marketing function in the Northeast Region's Metro New York Business Unit. Provide strategic leadership and hands-on support regarding growth opportunities for industry and specialized services practices areas within the Metro New York Business Unit.
• Develop and execute marketing strategies and tactics based on the business unit's goals and priorities.
• Develop and execute a strategic marketing plan for the New York market. Manage the marketing mix from generating awareness and interest for industries and services in geographic markets to helping to further opportunities through strategic input and ideas.
• Manage a proactive, results-driven marketing team that provides significant value to the Business Unit and collaboration within the region and the firm.
• Understand and execute the Baker Tilly brand in all strategies and tactics.
• Align objectives and measure performance to demonstrate marketing's contributions to Business Unit goals.
• Proactively communicate initiatives and results with local and/or regional offices and marketing team members.
• Contribute to strategic target account programs, sales initiatives, and responses to proposal requests leveraging “Insight Selling” concepts. Assist with new business development support.
• Assist the partners in retaining and generating additional specialized services revenue from key client engagement.
• Effectively manage and leverage CRM and other marketing automation tools.
Maintain and expand knowledge base in area of expertise
• Participate in professional organizations, independent study, etc.
• Integrate new knowledge, skills, and best practices into daily work and share with colleagues.
• Become sought out by others due to in-depth knowledge and expertise of the marketplace.
Participate in special projects and other responsibilities as assigned

Job Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field
• Minimum of eight (8) years business-to-business marketing experience, preferably in a professional services environment
