Job Description:

Develops and implements marketing strategy and tactics for the firm’s fast-growing San Francisco Bay Area practice. Supports execution of business strategy by working directly with partners and professionals as well as marketing resources nationally and locally. Includes oversight and facilitation of internal processes and project management. Will learn and adhere to specific marketing planning tools and platforms to gain insight and understanding of marketing return on investment. Will be responsible for development and execution of a wide variety of brand positioning and lead generation programs and campaigns, including events, trade shows, multichannel direct marketing, specialized collateral, research, and additional projects in collaboration with local sales professionals as well as the national and regional marketing teams.

Essential Duties:

1. Collaborates with local stakeholders as well as regional and national marketing colleagues to activate marketing programs and campaigns targeting prospects and clients in the Bay Area markets 
• Aligns programs/campaigns with marketing and business strategy, focusing on relevancy of positioning, key messaging, and adherence to brand identity guidelines as well as compliance and legal requirements 
• Optimizes state of readiness for Bay Area practice to extract maximum value from program investments by ensuring appropriate support and engagement among partners and other key professionals, qualifying program tactics and measurement, and conferring with stakeholders to assure quality of target data 
• Identifies and recommends specific strategies, channels, and tactics to improve effectiveness of marketing programs vis-à-vis Bay Area opportunity pipeline and brand positioning objectives
2. Engages with Bay Area growth and industry teams to help drive practice development and achieve business objectives 
• Proactively identifies and executes on team needs, including researching industry issues, contacts or company (target) information 
• Builds relationships with strategically aligned industry or trade associations and publications, and coordinates sponsorships, speaking engagements, news releases and other activities to build brand eminence and permission assets within target sectors
• Develops and manages implementation of locally focused programs, including design and execution of all program elements
• Coordinates with administrative professionals to update and enhance key account, contact, opportunity and pursuit activity data in CRM database 
3. Other local or regional projects and duties as assigned
