The primary responsibilities of the Director of Marketing & Business Development include:
• Creating and implementing the marketing strategy for the firm and each initiative
• Directing all marketing related activities
• Overseeing the lead tracking and pursuit management processes to drive progress and conduct ROI on marketing and business development activities
• Overseeing and maintaining the firm’s annual marketing plan, budget and calendar
• Overseeing the firm’s web site content, structure and ranking on search engines
• Directing and/or implementing appropriate advertising, PR and other branding activities
• Supporting and coaching those involved in selling to ensure that best practices are employed and that needs and commitments are being met throughout the pursuit process
The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in marketing or communications and five years of marketing experience in a professional services firm. The position will report to the managing partner.
