CRM DATA STEWARD POSITION
The CRM Data Steward will have contacts records management responsibilities within the department and will play a critical role in developing and supporting the firm’s contact database and electronic communications.
Working under the Marketing Relationship Manager, the CRM Data Steward will ensure that contacts in the database are free of duplicates, ensure that contacts have current and accurate information, and enhance basic contact information related to activities, notes, classifications, and additional key data. Response to support calls from users and offering proactive learning for users is also part of the role. The CRM Data Steward will further enhance the CRM database in InterAction by adding and maintaining information the firm relies on for new and continued business development.
As one of the primary contacts for InterAction-related information, the CRM Data Steward must demonstrate strong attention to detail, excellent problem-solving and communication skills, as well as a strong customer focus. The ideal candidate should have a good working knowledge of InterAction web and windows clients or a similar CRM.
This position will also assist in sending out client communications and providing back up support for email marketing communications. Tasks will include set up, scheduling, testing, deployment, and reporting on content-driven campaigns. Experience with Tikit, PhotoShop, and Dreamweaver or similar programs are a plus.
This position will be based in Silicon Valley, CA.

QUALIFICATIONS
• Undergraduate degree required, preferably in business or marketing.
• Basic to advanced knowledge of InterAction or a similar CRM.
• Experience with Tikit or a similar e-marketing application.
• Excellent data manipulation skills, especially within InterAction and Excel.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Photoshop experience or ability to pick up quickly.
• HTML and Dreamweaver experience is a plus.
