About the Role:

Limited travel to the firm’s other Ohio locations may be required.

Specific responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

Working with the firm’s subject matter experts to write and edit blog posts, newsletter articles, press releases, proposals and thought leadership pieces (i.e. case studies, e-books, whitepapers)
Designing marketing material, including infographics, ads, direct mail, sell sheets, invitations
Creating engaging and personable social media posts
Making website updates
Coordinating email newsletter distribution
Assisting in the pre- and post-production phases of our weekly podcast, unsuitable on Rea Radio
Coordinating tradeshow materials
Assisting with special events, such as seminars, webinars and trade shows
Assisting with other marketing and communications campaigns
Limited travel to the firm’s other Ohio locations may be required


Minimum Requirements:

2 to 5 years of prior marketing experience (experience in professional services or B2B is desirable)
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or related field

Preferred Qualifications:
Proficient in Microsoft Office programs
Knowledge and experience working with Adobe creative software, including InDesign, Illustrator, Premiere Pro and/or Photoshop
Experience utilizing social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn and YouTube
Strong ability to plan and organize work
Reliable and detail-oriented
Ability to think outside the box and be fearless while maintaining professionalism
Stellar written and oral communications skills (Proficient in AP Style)
Experience with Microsoft Dynamics (CRM) and Marketo (marketing automation) is a plus
