Key responsibilities include formulating and executing strategies and tactics for email outreach, lead nurture programs, campaign management, lead lifecycle integration with CRM, and reporting on lead flow/progress.

Support initiatives involving marketing automation
Set up, test, deploy, monitor, track, and report on marketing automation programs and campaigns; including emails (nurture, trigger, drip, ad hoc), lead scoring, webinars, events, advertising, and website activities
Assist with the creation of emails and landing pages
Collaborate with creative services team to build engaging email content
Develop segmented lists based on demographic criteria and behaviors like email engagement and website interactions, as needed
Measure and help analyze campaign results to identify insights and suggestions for improvement based on data (i.e. open rates, clickthrough rates, conversions)
Help develop documentation for templates, processes, A/B testing, and successful results
Audit all campaigns for accuracy, consistency, brand standards, and best practices
Conduct quality assurance reviews of creative assets and external facing collateral
Build forms and landing pages to capture data across multiple systems
Use lead scores and lead activity to evaluate and refine campaigns
Create a database cleansing process for exclusion lists and remove cold leads from the system
Update or remove bounced emails to keep a clean email list
Align processes to observe best practice in regards to email compliance
Help prepare monthly analytics reports for review by leadership
Manage customer inquiries by answering Marketing-related questions and triaging inquiries for other departments
B.S. or B.A. in Marketing, Communications, or Business or equivalent combination of education and experience.
2+ years of progressive marketing experience
Minimum of one years’ experience working with automated marketing solutions, ClickDimensions strongly preferred (or, Marketo and Hubspot)
Strong project management skills including the ability to manage multiple, competing priorities
Excellent listening, written communication, and oral presentation skills, with the ability to engage, inspire, build credibility, and engender trust across all levels of an organization
ROI focused; strong measurement and analytics skills
Understanding of the requirements and expectations of internal and external customers, and a desire to provide outstanding customer service consistently
Professional services experience preferred
Experience using Microsoft Dynamics CRM and ClickDimensions preferred
Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to insightfully and proactively identify critical path issues and move forward decisively
A team player mindset and customer service oriented
Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite is a plus
Proficiency with MS Office Solutions including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Internet skills required
