We are currently seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented professional with expertise in analyzing and extracting survey data and is experienced in webinar management:
• Complete survey work for Association members. Survey work includes designing, conducting, and analyzing results for the association’s benchmarking surveys that allow participants to compare and grow their businesses through sharing. Using your Microsoft Excel expertise, you will analyze survey data, prepare reports to help firms strengthen their business practices and monitor discussion lists and collaborate with partners, firm administrators, HR directors, and practitioners to develop and improve upon programs.
• Manage 20+ webinars per year which provide continuing education credits to hundreds of CPAs throughout the United States. Webinar management includes creating registration pages, coordinating webinar speakers, administering webinars, providing administrative and technical support to attendees, performing video editing and ensuring that programs are compliant with National Association of State Boards of Accountancy standards.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree
Tech savvy with strong client service and computer skills including highly proficient in Microsoft Excel (for the creation of survey reports including custom reports)
Expert in Zoom meetings, set-up; trouble shooting, participant issues, etc.
Proficient in other Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Adobe Acrobat experience
Experience in Zoom Webinar and Zoom Meeting (including creation of polls, etc.)
1+ year customer service or professional association experience preferred
Experience with video editing software, Microsoft SQL Server and the CPA industry are all a plus
