Job Title: Marketing Specialist

Location: Remote or one of our Ohio offices

  • Write and edit email copy, marketing materials, blog posts, newsletter articles, press releases, proposals and other thought leadership pieces (i.e. case studies, e-books, whitepapers)
  • Write engaging social media posts and share them on our social channels
  • Plan, promote, and execute webinars and in-person events
  • Perform graphic design for marketing materials and social media graphics
  • Write keyword-rich web copy that drives the right visitors to our site, and make routine website updates
  • Build and distribute email newsletters and marketing emails
  • Execute marketing and communications campaigns
  • Write proposals
  • Pull reports and analyze the data to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns
  • Maintain brand standards throughout all brand touchpoints
  • Maintain a strong employer brand to show others why Rea is an awesome place to work
  • Other marketing, lead generation, and employer brand projects and tasks as needed

Required Qualifications:

  • 3 to 5 years of prior marketing experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field
  • Ability to research, analyze, plan, and execute in areas of campaign development, message development, communications vehicle development, and management and communications effectiveness measurement
  • Functional experience across the core digital marketing pillars (web, SEM/SEO, social media, marketing automation, and data analytics) and how they’re used together to generate leads
  • Experience with email marketing and marketing automation (Marketo is a plus)
  • Experience with social media management, including social media strategy to create compelling, engaging posts
  • Experience working across all communications channels with a strong focus on digital tools
  • Strong organizational skills; proven ability to plan and organize work and meet deadlines
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including a background in business writing
  • Highly organized, creative, and able to excel in a dynamic environment
  • Clear understanding of the content marketing funnel and the application to the B2B buyer’s journey
  • Proficient in Wordpress
  • Ability to work independently on tasks and projects, while also collaborating with peers in a team-oriented environment
  • A positive attitude and flexibility to work in a fast-paced, changing environment
  • Must be located within the United States
  • Ability to travel to our Ohio offices occasionally

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with accounting marketing or professional services
  • Experience with CRM; Dynamics experience is a plus
  • Knowledge and experience working with Adobe creative software, including InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop
  • Experience using Canva
  • Knowledge of AP Style
