The Metro NY Marketing Manager is responsible for the development Metro NY marketing plans and initiatives with a special focus on Long Island. This role will work with the NY Metro Marketing Director and team to integrate Long Island marketing with NYC, as well as the integration of some industry focused marketing. Other responsibilities and support functions as needed. Key responsibilities include: Can drive marketing with a minimum level of supervision to support strategic plans of the firm and Metro NY geography Takes an active leadership role in scheduling / attending Long Island and other Metro NY marketing meetings, working with Metro NY marketing team and office leaders to develop marketing plans, and executing on marketing items that arise within these meetings Facilitate the development of a robust client / prospect / referral list for marketing campaigns Build target list for marketing initiatives Develop and execute a referral marketing program on Long Island Creates and oversees e-mail marketing campaigns, complete with list development and tracking components Independently creates and manages all elements of conferences and events including venue selection, theme creation, vendor relationships, collateral production, invitations, promotional items, and press coverage, if warranted Works with partners to offer guidance on how to best fashion winning proposals and writes proposals Sets up tracking programs for various initiatives and reports on progress of each Establishes and manages relationships with appropriate geographic, industry, and trade organizations, vendors, etc
The Industry Marketing Manager role is responsible for the development and execution of all marketing plans, proposals, and initiatives for a range of the Citrin Cooperman’s industry practices including Financial Services, Private Equity, Manufacturing, Distribution, and Franchising. Other responsibilities and support functions as needed. Key responsibilities include: Drive marketing with a minimum level of supervision to support strategic plans of the firm and assigned practice groups Take an active leadership role in scheduling, attending, and leading assigned practice group marketing meetings; working with office leaders to develop marketing plans; and executing on marketing items that arise within these meetings Facilitate the development and maintenance of robust client, prospect, and referral lists for marketing campaigns Develop marketing campaigns for assigned practices and develop end-to-end plans for all (pre- thru post-follow-up) including ROI tracking and reporting Develop and execute a referral marketing program in assigned practices Independently create and manage all elements of conferences and events including venue selection, theme creation, vendor relationships, collateral production, invitations, promotional items, and press coverage, if warranted Work with practices on all proposal and pitch development including initial prep, writing and creation of deliverables, and follow-up Work in conjunction with geographic and firm marketing to leverage campaigns and events and customize for your practice areas Work with Communications Manager and Practice Groups to develop appropriate marketing collateral and thought leadership Establish and manage relationships with appropriate external organizations, vendors, etc
Project management responsibility for key deliverables as outlined in the marketing plan, including marketing campaigns, programs, community involvement strategies, association strategies, demand generation, data base analytics, target market definitions, and ongoing analysis to make and implement recommendations to help internal clients achieve their growth goals
The Integrated Marketing Manager is responsible for the development and execution of geography marketing plans for White Plains and Connecticut as well as a focus on some of the firm’s key industry practices. This role will work with the Citrin Cooperman North Marketing Director and team to integrate plans and initiatives within the overall regional strategy, as well as the integration of some industry focused marketing. Other responsibilities and support functions as needed. This position reports to the Marketing/Communication Manager. Job Responsibilities Oversees all aspects of client seminars, events and entertainment firm wide.
