The Sales Enablement Associate will be responsible for coordinating our message in proposals, collateral and strategic content in ways that will strengthen our brand and increase sales. For this role, you need to be a strong writer and communicator, and have a high attention to detail. You will collaborate with Marketing and Sales Leadership, SMEs and business unit leaders to create, refine and manage our sales enablement content. Your goal will be to coordinate, streamline and reinforce our processes for promoting our services through proposals and other sales enablement materials. Specific duties include:

- Review/triage of incoming sales enablement requests via Salesforce, assuring alignment of requests and deliverables for all medium types (proposals, capabilities statements, collateral, presentations, etc.).
- Apply templates and standardized content to sales enablement requests and modify as needed to meet deliverables requests.
Coordinate resources for sales enablement requests, consulting with marketing, sales, service, SME and pricing as needed to meet requirements.
- Schedule discovery, kickoff and post-mortem meetings with stakeholders on sales enablement requests
Monitor all sales enablement requests to assure on-time delivery engaging with resource managers to assure appropriate resource allocation.
- Manage priorities based on the needs of sales and marketing, and resolve conflicts based on backlogs and resource availability while escalating issues to marketing and sales leadership as needed.

The ideal candidate will have 1 to 2 years’ experience of marketing experience within a law firm or other professional services firm. Must have BS/BA in Marketing, Communications or similar field.
