Job Description:

Primary Responsibilities: 
• Manage marketing communications online and in print, as well as content marketing strategies
• Support execution of the firm’s strategic growth plans
• Develop and maintain the firm’s databases of clients, prospects, distribution channels, news media and referrals
• Foster and enhance business relationships with media and outside vendors
• Execute segment specific, as well as firm-wide external seminars and other events
• Drive appropriate market research to support growth strategies
• Foster relationships with industry organizations, driving firm involvement to raise brand awareness
• Pursue and coordinate sponsorship, speaking, tradeshow and event opportunities
• Manage marketing plan and budget
• Assist with the implementation and ongoing use of the pipeline process
• Support and manage the development of proposals

Hiring Profile
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or related field required
• 3+ years related experience
• Industry experience a plus
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Search Engine Optimization (SEO) preferred
• Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop)
• Proficient in working with CRM, WordPress, Google Analytics, Webmaster Tools, email platforms and webinar applications
• Must be a goal-oriented, self-motivated individual with strong time management
• Ability to juggle many projects simultaneously 
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
